Purchases

Standard shipping of any purchase is 2-3 business days Any order placed after 12 noon EST will be processed the following business day. Shipping of special order items will vary according to the item. Not all items can be shipped - some require local pickup. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, or Standard US Mail. After an order has been processed, it can not be changed or cancelled. In some cases, expedited shipping is available (at purchasers' expense).

Return Policy

Most products can be returned and in some cases, a special order item may be returnable. You may contact returns@poolandspawarehouse.com to see if your product is returnable. No order more than 30 days old can be returned. There is a 25% re-stocking fee on any product returned. There are no exceptions. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping fees incurred in returning any products. You must get a RGA# (Return Goods Authorization) for all returns or your return will not be processed.
